A Phoenician Touch provides beauty and wellness services by appointment only. All services are performed by trained and qualified professionals. Service details, durations, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our approved booking system or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Arrivals

Arriving 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid delays for other clients.

No-Shows

Failure to show up without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made (if applicable).

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept the payment methods listed on our booking platform.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds

All service sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in special circumstances and solely at the discretion of A Phoenician Touch.

6. Personal Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may result in refusal of future service.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before services begin.
A Phoenician Touch is not responsible for reactions or complications resulting from information that was not disclosed by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website or branding — including images, text, graphics, and logos — belongs to A Phoenician Touch.
You may not copy, share, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Esoteric Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, booking platform, or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maricopa County, Arizona.
